Job Overview
The Manufacturing Excellence Specialist will champion lean manufacturing principles and best practices throughout our Swiss facilities. You will identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and performance enhancement, ultimately contributing to Nestlé's global reputation for operational superiority.Key Responsibilities
- Implement and sustain lean manufacturing methodologies, including Six Sigma and Kaizen events.
- Analyze production data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop corrective actions.

- Develop and deliver training programs on manufacturing excellence principles.
