Job Overview
Air Peace is seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager, Aircraft Cabin & IFE to oversee all aspects of cabin interiors and In-Flight Entertainment systems for our Canadian operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of comfort, safety, and passenger experience are maintained across our fleet.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of aircraft cabin interiors, including seating, galleys, lavatories, and overhead bins.
- Oversee the operational integrity and functionality of In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) systems.
- Develop and implement robust maintenance programs and procedures for cabin and IFE systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and Air Peace’s safety standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for parts and services.
- Lead and mentor a team of cabin maintenance technicians and IFE specialists.
Requirements
- Proven experience in aircraft cabin maintenance and IFE systems management, preferably within a commercial airline environment.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance software for cabin and IFE systems.
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in an aviation-related field.
