Job Overview
The Manager - Administration (MAd) CC will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all administrative functions within Safritecture's Nigerian operations. This pivotal role will ensure smooth daily operations, support strategic initiatives, and maintain a high standard of organizational efficiency to foster our unique approach to design and build solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage office operations, including procurement, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
- Oversee budget management for administrative expenses and track expenditures.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee record management.
- Maintain effective communication channels across departments and with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably within a start-up or creative industry.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant office software and administrative tools.
