Job Overview
The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of Bons Industries Limited's logistics operations within Enugu and its associated supply chains. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of raw materials, finished goods, and general merchandise, supporting our extensive manufacturing and distribution network.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Oversee transportation planning, carrier negotiation, and route optimization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national transportation regulations.
- Monitor logistics performance against key metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners.
- Lead and mentor the logistics team, promoting a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Manage logistics budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
