Job Overview
The Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing loan opportunities with corporate and individual clients. You will serve as a key revenue driver, leveraging your sales expertise to expand RFS's market presence while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients within assigned territories
- Present loan products and customize solutions to meet client needs
- Prepare loan proposals and conduct client presentations
- Negotiate terms and close loan agreements
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Document all transactions and maintain accurate client records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in financial services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of CBN regulations and lending practices
