Job Overview
The Line Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of a specific production line within our Kuala Lumpur facility. This role demands strong leadership, a commitment to quality, and the ability to drive productivity while ensuring adherence to all safety and operational standards.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of production operators to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure the smooth and continuous operation of the assigned production line.
- Monitor product quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain a safe working environment, enforcing all company safety policies and procedures.
- Optimize line efficiency, identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods relevant to the line.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the beverage or FMCG sector.
