Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to our organization. You will serve as a key advisor on all legal matters, ensuring Incel Group maintains the highest standards of compliance within Nigeria's regulatory framework while supporting our tourism and MICE operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on contracts, agreements, and business transactions
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian laws and tourism industry regulations
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and corporate agreements
- Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters
- Advise on visa, immigration, and travel-related legal requirements
- Maintain legal documentation and corporate records
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and valid Nigerian Bar Admission
- Minimum 3-5 years of legal practice experience
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian commercial and corporate law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
