Job Overview
The Learning Innovation & Technology Coordinator will be responsible for driving the integration of innovative technologies and pedagogical approaches within LEAP Africa’s learning programs. This role will support the design, development, and deployment of engaging digital learning content and platforms, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness for our target audiences, primarily entrepreneurs and youth.Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program teams to identify and implement innovative learning technologies and strategies.
- Support the development and management of e-learning content, including multimedia resources and interactive modules.
- Administer and troubleshoot LEAP Africa’s learning management system (LMS) and other digital platforms.
- Provide technical support and training to facilitators and participants on the use of learning technologies.
- Research emerging trends in learning innovation and educational technology.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Information Technology, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in learning technology, instructional design, or educational program support.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of innovative pedagogical approaches and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
