Job Overview

We are seeking a Learning & Development Partner to join our team and drive organizational capability building and talent development initiatives. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement learning solutions that support employee growth, engagement, and performance across the organization. You will partner with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and create impactful programs that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to organizational needs
  • Conduct training needs assessments and analyze skill gaps across departments
  • Develop instructional materials, curricula, and training documentation
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions for employees at all levels
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent development priorities
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and measure learning outcomes
  • Maintain learning records and prepare development reports for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Proven experience in learning and development roles
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies
