Job Overview
The Learning & Development Manager (Academy) will be responsible for the strategic design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning programs within Nextzon's Academy. - Develop and execute a strategic L&D roadmap for the Nextzon Academy.
- Design and deliver impactful training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
- Manage the Academy's budget and resources effectively.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and report on key metrics.
- Cultivate relationships with external training providers and subject matter experts.
- Ensure all learning programs adhere to industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Learning & Development management, preferably in a corporate academy setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and multiple stakeholders.
