Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify high-potential Web3, AI, and crypto projects
- Qualify prospects across DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, wallets, and L1/L2 ecosystems
- Execute outbound outreach via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and X (Twitter)
- Use CRM systems, AI automation, and data enrichment tools to streamline prospecting
- Conduct discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to the Business Development team
- Track pipeline activity, engagement metrics, and conversion performance

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales roles
- Strong understanding of Web3, crypto, and AI ecosystems

- Experience using CRM platforms, outreach tools, and automation software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
