Job Overview
The Lead Applications Engineer will be responsible for leading the technical application of Drilling and Completion Fluids, providing expert guidance and support to field operations. This role demands a deep understanding of fluid chemistry, rheology, and wellbore hydraulics, coupled with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable solutions. You will collaborate closely with R&D, sales, and operations teams to ensure customer success.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical application and performance optimization of DCF products and services.
- Provide expert technical support and problem-solving for complex drilling and completion challenges.
- Develop and deliver training programs to field personnel on fluid technology and best practices.

Requirements
