Job Overview
The Laundry Assistant will be responsible for all aspects of laundry operations within the hotel, ensuring all linens and guest garments are cleaned, pressed, and maintained to Hilton’s exacting standards. This role plays a vital part in the overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency of the hotel.Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and process all hotel laundry, including linens, towels, and uniforms.
- Operate industrial laundry machinery such as washing machines, dryers, and pressing equipment.
- Identify and report any damaged or stained items to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry work area.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies.
