Job Overview

- Represent iMMAP France/3iSolution to stakeholders, including donors, partners, and government entities.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key humanitarian and development organizations.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Humanitarian Affairs, Business Administration).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within the non-profit sector, preferably in information management or humanitarian operations.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, fundraising, and partnership development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
