Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis of participating MSMEs
- Implement Kaizen improvement methodologies and best practices
- Provide training and coaching on continuous improvement techniques
- Monitor progress and document measurable improvements
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across the three states
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' business analysis experience
- Proven knowledge of Kaizen or lean management principles
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Regional familiarity with northern Nigeria
