Job Overview
The Junior Recruiter will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process for our caregivers, supporting the talent acquisition team in meeting the growing demands of our Lagos and Port-Harcourt offices. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about human resources and making a positive impact in the healthcare sector.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR function.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
