Job Overview
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of Buckler Systems Limited in Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asian market. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the defense industry and a proven track record in business development.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities within the defense sector in Malaysia.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and private sector entities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms for Buckler Systems Limited.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new avenues for expansion.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
