Job Overview
The IT Service Delivery Specialist will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the delivery of IT services to Aluko & Oyebode. This role involves ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of our IT systems, supporting end-users, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT service management processes.Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage IT service levels to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to all staff, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and maintain IT service management best practices and frameworks.
- Manage IT-related incidents, problems, and changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex IT issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT service delivery or a similar IT support role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in relevant operating systems, applications, and network technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
