Job Overview
The IT Officer will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the information technology infrastructure of China Sky Supermarket, Abuja. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, from point-of-sale terminals to network infrastructure and internal databases. The successful candidate will play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new solutions, and safeguarding company data.Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for all end-users.
- Manage and monitor network security and data integrity.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and upgrades.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Officer or in a similar technical support role.
- Proficiency in network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and common office productivity suites.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
