Job Overview
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) seeks proposals from reputable suppliers for the supply and delivery of eight distinct lots of livelihood vocational start-up kits. The kits are designed to support individuals in commencing or expanding small-scale vocational enterprises within Borno State. Successful bidders will be responsible for the procurement, packaging, and timely delivery of these items to designated locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure and supply high-quality livelihood vocational start-up kits as per specified quantities and technical specifications for each of the eight lots.
- Ensure all items are new, in good working condition, and packaged appropriately for safe transportation and handling.
- Deliver the complete kits to the agreed-upon delivery points in Borno State within the stipulated timelines.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive invoices and delivery notes for all supplied goods.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and respond to any clarification requests from TPO Nigeria.
Requirements
- Registered company with a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated experience in the supply of goods, preferably within the humanitarian or development sector.
- Proven ability to source and deliver similar items in the specified region.
- Submission of a detailed company profile, including registration documents.
- Provision of at least three (3) verifiable references for similar contracts executed in the past three years.
- A comprehensive financial proposal outlining costs per lot, including delivery charges.
