Job Overview
The Inventory Officer will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of Kuddy Cosmetics' inventory management systems. This role demands a proactive approach to tracking stock levels, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and contributing to the overall optimization of our supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage stock levels across all Kuddy Cosmetics locations and warehouse facilities.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies.
- Process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Coordinate the dispatch of products to retail outlets and distribution partners.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the designated inventory management system.
- Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales data and seasonal trends.
- Identify and report slow-moving or obsolete stock.
