Job Overview

This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems and procedures across all CFL Group entities.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Investigate instances of fraud, waste, and abuse, and report findings to management.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control best practices.

- Prepare comprehensive reports on internal control activities and findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CISA, or CIA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, internal control, or risk management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and audit tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
