Job Overview
The Internal Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of PG Consulting Limited's internal controls, risk management processes, and governance policies within our Ogun operations. This position requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of audit principles.Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive internal audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of financial, operational, and compliance controls.
- Identifying risks and recommending improvements to mitigate them.
- Developing and executing audit plans, including scope, methodology, and timelines.
- Preparing clear and concise audit reports, highlighting findings and proposing actionable recommendations.
- Following up on the implementation of audit recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as an Internal Auditor or in a similar auditing role.
- In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the business landscape in Ogun State is an advantage.
