Job Overview
The Human Resources Officer will be instrumental in managing all facets of HR operations for AODI in Nigeria. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative support, ensuring a positive and productive work environment that aligns with AODI's mission and values.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
- Address employee grievances and foster positive employee relations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR information systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
