The HR & Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the company. - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively communicated.
- Manage all administrative functions, including office management, facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage HR and administrative budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and administration management.
- Proven knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and office productivity software.
- Experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical sector is an added advantage.
