Job Overview
The Human Resource Officer will play a pivotal role in managing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support Euracare's mission and operational excellence. - Overseeing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all hospital staff.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance appraisal systems.
- Administering compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and relevant software.
- CIPM certification is a plus.
