Role Overview:
The HR Manager will shape and implement the company’s human capital strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational design, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and Learning & Development (L&D). Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Recognized HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPM, or CIPD are highly desirable.
- 8–10+ years of strategic HR experience, with at least 5 years in leadership or managerial roles, including significant L&D involvement.
- Proven ability to develop and implement impactful L&D programs.
- In-depth knowledge of employee relations, industrial relations, and labor regulations.
- Experience with modern learning technologies, HRIS, and HR data analytics.
