Job Overview
The Hub Manager will be responsible for the daily operations, community engagement, and strategic development of the GoDo Innovation Hub. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for innovation, and a strong understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape in Lagos. You will be the primary point of contact for our members, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and inspiring experience for everyone within the hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the GoDo Innovation Hub, ensuring a productive and welcoming environment.
- Develop and implement community-building initiatives to foster collaboration and networking among members.
- Manage member onboarding, retention, and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and support events, workshops, and programs hosted at the hub.
- Maintain and manage the physical space, ensuring it is well-equipped and conducive to innovation.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and government agencies.
- Track and report on key performance indicators for hub operations and community engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management, operations management, or event coordination, preferably within an innovation or co-working space.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian startup and innovation ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
