Job Overview
The HR Officer (Field Operations) will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions for our field-based personnel. This includes ensuring efficient recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws for our teams deployed across various operational sites. You will be instrumental in fostering a productive and supportive work environment, directly contributing to the seamless execution of our security and resourcing contracts.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for field operational staff.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes at operational sites.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company HR policies for all field employees.
- Administer HR documentation, including contracts, leave records, and performance management.

Requirements
