Job Overview
The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, ensuring alignment with Proforce Defence Ltd’s strategic objectives. - Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.

- Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations in Nigeria.

- Manage HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee data management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the manufacturing or defence sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong understanding of talent management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
