Job Overview
The HR Compliance Manager will be instrumental in ensuring Brit Cleanway Property adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations within Nigeria. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance frameworks to mitigate risks and foster a fair and equitable work environment.Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with Nigerian labor laws and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Advise management on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management with a strong focus on compliance in Nigeria.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
