Job Overview
The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing a wide range of cleaning duties to ensure that all assigned areas are kept in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining property aesthetics and functionality.Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential units and common areas according to established standards.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing of floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, including fixtures, countertops, and appliances.
- Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages observed to the relevant department.
- Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and restocking as needed.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar cleaning role.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of health and safety protocols.
