Job Overview
The Hotel Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing to a positive and memorable guest experience.Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and tidying of guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Clean and maintain all designated public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or defects promptly to the relevant department.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security regulations.
- Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hotel Housekeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
