Job Overview
The Hotel Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces at Hotel Capitol are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the hotel's reputation.Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restaurants, and conference rooms.
- Replenish guest amenities and toiletries in rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed to the relevant department.
- Handle and dispose of waste and refuse in accordance with hotel policies.
- Ensure proper usage and care of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
