- Develop and implement evidence-based health strategies and interventions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to national and sub-national health authorities.
- Monitor programme progress, assess impact, and ensure timely reporting.

- Contribute to resource mobilization and proposal development.
- Promote advocacy for child and maternal health policies and practices.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Public Health, Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in public health, with a focus on child and maternal health.
- Proven experience in programme management and implementation in developing countries.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local Nigerian languages is an asset.
