Job Overview
The Head of Supply Chain will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies for Air Peace's Canadian operations. This includes overseeing procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships to support our growing fleet and operational needs while upholding our stringent safety standards.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic supply chain framework for Air Peace in Canada.
- Manage all aspects of aviation-specific procurement, including aircraft parts, MRO services, and operational supplies.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers and service providers in the Canadian market.
- Optimize logistics and inventory management to ensure timely availability of critical components and minimize operational disruptions.
- Implement and enforce stringent quality control and safety compliance measures across the supply chain.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior supply chain leadership role, preferably within the aviation or aerospace industry.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, procurement processes, and international logistics.
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance within a highly regulated environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
