Job Overview
The Head of Strategy will be instrumental in shaping and executing VFD Group's long-term vision, driving growth, and identifying new market opportunities. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's mission of transforming financial services accessibility in Nigeria.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the overall corporate strategy for VFD Group and its subsidiaries.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Collaborate with functional heads to ensure strategic alignment across all departments.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
