Job Overview
The Head of Recovery will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to minimize loan delinquency and maximize recovery rates across all loan portfolios. - Develop and execute effective recovery strategies to reduce non-performing loans (NPLs).
- Lead and manage the recovery team, providing guidance and performance oversight.

- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with delinquent borrowers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
