Job Overview
The Head, Legal & Company Secretary will serve as the senior legal officer and chief governance custodian, responsible for overseeing all legal matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate secretarial functions. This role requires strategic acumen, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to navigate Nigeria's complex regulatory landscape while ensuring organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal advisory services to the Board and executive management
- Oversee regulatory compliance and corporate governance frameworks
- Manage contract negotiations, documentation, and dispute resolution
- Fulfill all Company Secretary obligations and statutory requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law with valid Nigerian legal qualification
- Minimum 12 years of legal practice experience
