Job Overview
The Head, Accounts & Finance will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, accounting operations, and fiscal strategy for Distritech Distribution Limited. This pivotal role requires a forward-thinking individual to ensure financial health, compliance, and strategic alignment with the company's long-term objectives in the dynamic Nigerian market.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies and policies.
- Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Nigerian financial regulations and tax laws.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the Nigerian financial landscape and understanding of local regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and principles.
