Job Overview
The Growth Marketer – Organic Social will be instrumental in expanding HerVest's reach and engagement across social media platforms. This role requires a creative individual with a deep understanding of organic social media strategies, community building, and content creation to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and foster a strong online community around HerVest's mission.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy aligned with HerVest’s brand and growth objectives.
- Create compelling, shareable, and platform-optimized content (graphics, videos, copy) that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and grow HerVest’s presence across key social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions.
- Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities for engagement, and stay abreast of best practices.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign integration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of organic social media campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to build and engage online communities.
- Passion for financial inclusion and women's empowerment is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
