- We’re seeking a Growth Lead to own and scale our free-to-paid conversion strategy. In this role, you will design, test, and optimize the full customer journey—from first interaction to long-term retention—working closely with Product and Engineering to drive sustainable revenue growth.

- Manage paid acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on conversion efficiency
- Track, analyze, and report growth KPIs and insights to leadership
- Build and optimize segmentation and referral programs to maximize customer activation and retention

Requirements
