Job Overview
The GRC & Compliance Associate will play a crucial role in supporting Mitiget's commitment to delivering high-quality assurance and technology services. This position involves assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust governance, risk, and compliance frameworks for our clients, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and identifying potential compliance gaps.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Help in preparing for and participating in client audits and assessments.
- Monitor and track compliance activities and report on progress.
- Conduct research on emerging compliance regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients on GRC initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, or Business.
- Foundational understanding of GRC principles and frameworks.
- Familiarity with information security concepts and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
