Job Overview
The General Manager Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Crown Interactive's Nigerian operations. This pivotal role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to financial planning, management, and reporting, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives and compliance with local regulations.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for the Nigerian entity.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA) is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably within a multinational company operating in Nigeria.
