Job Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring profitability, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a positive work environment. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably with international hotel chains.
- Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and achieving financial goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is essential.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of hotel financial management and operational systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
