Job Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and P&L of Transsion Holdings in Nigeria. This includes developing and executing market-specific strategies, leading a diverse team, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth in Nigeria.
- Oversee all functional areas, including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and human resources.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Requirements
