Job Overview
The GBV / Protection Case Management Specialist will be responsible for the direct implementation and oversight of case management services for survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and other protection concerns. - Conduct thorough assessments of needs for survivors of GBV and other protection concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized case management plans.
- Provide direct psychosocial support and referrals to specialized services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of GBV and protection training.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of case management interventions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, International Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in GBV case management and protection programming.
- In-depth understanding of GBV principles, IASC Guidelines, and relevant protection frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Danish and English; other languages are an asset.
