- To be considered for any of the MBA scholarships, applicants must:

- Hold a conditional or unconditional offer for admission to the Full-time MBA programme at Newcastle University for the 2026 intake
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of substantive managerial experience
- Hold the equivalent of a UK 2:1 honours degree
- Applicants who do not meet the academic requirement may still be considered if they demonstrate significant relevant work experience beyond the minimum requirement and strong career progression
- Have worked or currently work in a sector transitioning toward sustainable business models, such as energy, packaging, or related industries
