Job Overview
Ufanisi Digital Media is looking for Front Desk Representatives and Professional Drivers to support our Nairobi-based operations. These roles are crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and providing excellent service to our clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Representatives: Managing reception, greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, handling mail and deliveries, and providing administrative support.
- Professional Drivers: Ensuring safe and timely transportation for staff and clients, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance checks, and adhering to all traffic laws.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar front desk or customer service role (for Front Desk Representatives).
- A valid driving license and a clean driving record (for Professional Drivers).
