Job Overview
The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for all Ecofitnesshub members and visitors, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. This role is crucial in maintaining the welcoming atmosphere and operational efficiency of our facilities in Nigeria.Key Responsibilities
- Greeting members and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handling incoming calls, inquiries, and directing them appropriately.
- Registering new members and processing membership renewals.
- Scheduling appointments for personal training sessions and other services.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Handling cash and card payments for memberships and services.
- Maintaining an inventory of reception supplies.
- Addressing member concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
